THE ARCHITECT
Details await in clear vision
The gleaming structures at bay
I acknowledged my retribution,
And yet the architect stood, undisturbed.
***
In deep brown eyes, the pinnacle formed
The adobe is ready, I needed a shed
The soft brown eyes, I trust,
Displayed fenestration, giving me sight.
***
I touched the columns of hope
The architect flinched, excited
Abide stolen arches of triumph,
In his absent hands I am molded.
***
Artistry grows unpredictably
Behind the silence, the longing more alive
Sketches of future intensifies, expressively,
The architect rest his palm on mine.
***
Looking through my rose window,
I watched the architect on his lighted desk.
Admiring everything, warming my soul,
He fulfills my life’s facade.
